Damaged or incorrect items
Email us within 5 days with your order number, a photo and a description of the issue and we'll arrange a full or partial refund.
Returns & cancellations
Because our products are personal and hygienic items, we don't accept returns or exchanges. Orders can't be cancelled once submitted, because processing begins immediately.
